400g coconut oil
400g coconut sugar
150ml coconut cream
1 medium green banana
200g (ish😉) Keith’s Cacao
400g buckwheat flour
1/4 cup baking powder
Cream the oil, sugar, cream,banana, Cacao until even ly mixed
Add in Flour, finally quickly mix in baking powder.
Place in 2 trays and bake at 180C for approx 15 mins. Or until firm.
Icing
1 1/2 cups Cashews
150ml Coconut cream
150g Cacao
Tble spoon coconut oil
1/2 cup Xylitol
Blend until smooth and Ice the cake.
I also Place a fresh raspberry coulee in the middle before the icing.
