matcha pound cake 2


125G of flour
1 tsp c of baking powder
2 tsp c of matcha in powder
2 eggs
100G of confection sugar
50G of powder of almonds
100G of salty butter

preheat the oven to 180°. Mix flour, the baking powder and the matcha in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the yolks with Sugar and the almond powder. Add the melted butter and mix well. mix the two mixture and beat well. In a third bowl, beat the egg whites well with a bit of salt, and to incorporate them delicately to the mixture 1 . To lapse into one grinds to outfitted fruitcake of paper sulfurisé. Cook 30 to 40 minutes while overseeing at the end of cooking, and until the point of the knife goes out again dry. Leave cool before removing from the mould and to cut.
