banana bread

Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9x5 inch loaf Ingredients 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup olive oil 3/4 cup honey 2 small very ripe bananas, sliced 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 almond flour,   1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2  teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped macademia nuts.

   Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, sugar and banana pieces. Process until smooth. In a large bowl, sift together all the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients.

Mis chcoolate and nut after pouring the batter into the mold. 

 Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes until golden brown, an a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. ---------------------------------------
